Here we are on the 11th of June and the Reds just beat the Nationals in extra innings after 2 rain delays . The Reds are playing better than almost anybody thought they would so far , but how long will it last , considering their biggest most consistent bat is regrouping on the DL , no I'm not talking about Edwin Encarnacion , I'm talking about Joey Votto. If the Reds can beat the teams they should beat and split with the "good" teams then we may really have something here in Cincinnati this season.  GO REDS !!!
What are people thinking with Obama telling General Motors that they have to do this or have to do that. Granted General Motors doesn't know jack about how to run/market a big business , but neither does the Government. The Government can't even run itself , how in the world does anyone expect them to be able to run a real business that has to turn a profit , not a deficit.
I work at a General Motors Dealership that is slated to close by October 2010. It appears that now that Chrysler has closed their non-profit dealerships today , that GM dealerships are right around the corner. A precedent has been set.

The American People need to know what is happening here and now , I give you the New GM (Government Motors).

Pay attention people this is not capitalism anymore !!!

It looks like Joey Votto is back on the field (welcome back Joey). That's the good news for Reds fans , the bad news is that Edwin Encarnacion has been moved to the 60 day DL and that Edinson Volquez's MRI revealed more damage and he will be out longer than expected . Go Reds !

Is General Motors going to survive their business being run by our government , which can't even seem to run itself ? That is the $64,000,000,000. question , isn't it ?

You are right terraorca , it's no longer capitalism ! It's pretty scary for those of us paying attention .

Once the gov't. conquers the world of auto manufacturing and marketing the Washington insiders are poised to take on our health care system. If you don't believe in the power of prayer yet, we're all going to get a crash course when that happens.

Won't it be great to have both EE and Joey back, especially if they both bring their bats! But maybe it's all a ploy to up the misery index so we'll buy into the government take-over scenario.

As along as they don't take over the Reds we still have hope!
